Terms And Condition

General

These conditions apply to all offers, treatments and transactions between the Blase Beauty and the customer. The customer should behave properly in accordance with generally accepted standards. If the customer after repeated warnings continues to expose improper behavior, Blase Beauty reserves the right to refuse the customer access to the premises and deny service(s) without giving reason(s).

Payment

Blasé Beauty lists all prices of treatments and products visible in the store and on website. The listed prices include GST. Blasé Beauty reserves the right to alter price: The price displayed on Site and on our website can change and we do not provide any notice of these changes.. Offers are valid only in the specified period and / or while stocks last. The customer must immediately pay after the treatment. We accepts cash, eftpos, credit cards

Liability

Blasé Beauty is not liable for damages of any kind caused during service due to: customer provided incorrect and/or incomplete information on relevant physical disorders, drug use, work or leisure. It is the customer's responsibility to make the shop aware of any product allergies. Blasé Beauty is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal property that the customer has taken to the shop.

Damage & Theft

Blasé Beauty has the right to claim financial compensation if the customer damages furniture, equipment or products.

Complaints

If the customer has a complaint about a treatment or product, it must be reported as soon as possible but no later than within five working days after discovery. Complaints can be emailed to info@blase-beauty.com or telephoned to our store. If making a complaint, please refer to the date, time and type of service received as well as reason of complaint.
